Housing Voucher Bill Needs Cosponsors

Section 8, the Housing Choice Voucher Program, would reform the Section 8 rental voucher program in three important  ways.

1. streamline the formula used to determine eligibility,
2. establish consumer protection for the tenant, especially in foreclosure or landlord delinquency
3. add 150,000 vouchers to the 2010 pool.
