Responding to common arguments on Immigration Reform

We’ve all been in situations when a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or friend makes a disapproving comment about immigrants or immigration reform. Such as “they broke the law”, or “they should get in line”. Such words seem off-the-mark, but how do we respond?
