As our nation marks the one-year anniversary of President Obama’s signing the historic healthcare reform law (March 23), we at NETWORK are working hard to educate Congress about the need to strengthen – not repeal – healthcare reform.
One year ago, we were proud to play an important role in passing the legislation. We were present at the celebration when the law was signed [1], and Sr. Simone Campbell, our Executive Director, was recently honored for our healthcare advocacy [2].
