As the Education Program Manager, Shannon works to provide resources, foster conversations, and ultimately raise awareness and understanding around the central justice issues at stake in current federal policy. Since she joined NETWORK in 2011, Shannon has visited high school and college classrooms and presented to faith groups, at national conferences, and in professional development settings. Prior to joining NETWORK, Shannon worked in Resident Services for Over-the-Rhine Community Housing, a non-profit, affordable housing provider in Cincinnati. Through Jesuit Volunteers International, Shannon spent two years teaching English, Physics, and World Religions at Assumption High School in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Xavier University in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.
